Cath has a passion for supporting leaders who are facing organisational challenges such as leading teams through periods of significant change. Cath Allen Associates provides bespoke support for clients on leadership, team development and effective communications. An experienced leader and former Board Member for BBC Wales, Cath has a wealth of experience at every level of business.
Roger is the founder of Taith Ltd and a Practitioner Member of The Association for Business Psychology (ABP). His current work centres on organisational development and self evaluation and review. Much of his recent work involves the use of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Roger has trained as an AI facilitator with Jane Magruder Watkins and Mette Jacobsgaard and he has published a number of articles and a book on AI. More recently he has completed a course as a Mindfulness trainer.
Sarah has over twenty-five years experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis and has been the principal researcher and consultant on many of the Unit's studies. In addition to its commissioned work, Sarah has responsibility for the People Work Unit’s action-research programmes including shaping its current work around family engagement with, and support for, learning as a tool for tackling child poverty.
Chris spent more than 20 years on the frontline of international television news, first with ITN and then Sky News as a senior reporter and presenter. He covered major news stories across the globe including the fall of the Berlin Wall, conflicts in Europe, Africa and Middle East, 9/11 and the Asian tsunami. Since launching InVision in 2011, he’s worked with a wide range of FTSE 250 companies, financial services firms and third sector organisations helping them tell their story through media training and video content.
