DISCOVER
In order to make change it helps to understand where you are now. The Wellbeing Planner works with clients to uncover the issues they face.
The Wellbeing Planner can provide you with a framework to ensure that your discovery process generates robust evidence to capture where you are now - to help with future planning. Fundamental to that process is ensuring that you, the client, remain at the core of the process.
