Ranging from one to one conversations to facilitating large group discussions, the Wellbeing Planner will help you make sure that people's insights are valued and views are aired in a way that improves the overall quality and performance of your business.

Area Statement Support for Mid and North Wales
Worked with Natural Resource Wales Local Area Teams to plan and deliver community engagement on the Mid, North East and North West Wales in order to clarify the themes and identify opportunities and outcomes in the Area Statements. For a copy of the reports visit the publications page.

Secondment with Wales Co-operative Centre
Worked for the Wales Co-operative Centre to develop a strategy for the co-operative social care sector in Wales as part of the Care To Co-operate project.
Organisational Development
Working for Practice Solutions, helped develop a Peer Associate Inspector Model for Care Inspectorate Wales - specifically project managing the engagement work with local authority officers to explore the challenges this model might present in terms of effective inspection, user involvement and service improvement.
Organisational Development through Staff Engagement
Faciliated a series of workshops for Public Health Wales about the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and the impact it would have on the organisation, individual teams and various programmes of work. It was an opportunity for staff to feed into the organisation's programme of work in relation to this legislation. A report was produced with a series of recommendations for PHW to take forward based on the staff's combined insights and experience.
Organisational Development through Employee Empowerment
Contributed to the development of a training package to train employees in the basics of facilitating working groups as part of an engagement programme for a large multi-national company. Then sent out to train a team of facilitators in Singapore as the second phase of of this employee empowerment programme.
Research Fieldworker
Carried out field work for the People and Work Unit including; a report to Welsh Government on teacher training for Special Educational Needs; the priorities for a voluntary sector Carers Network; arrangements for post 16/18 transition for young people with learning difficulties; and the Youth Engagement and Progression Framework.
Organisational Development through Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitated strategy days for the staff, users and advisors for a Cardiff and the Vale Action for Mental Health project. Helped to build a sense of purpose amongst the participants and identify their tasks to effectively move the project forward.
